Bosuprep Shipping Policy

At Bosuprep, we’re dedicated to delivering freshly prepared, nutritious meals straight to your door. Because our products are perishable, specific delivery conditions apply to ensure they reach you safely and in top condition.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout most of the United Kingdom, excluding:
- Northern Ireland
- The Channel Islands
- Certain remote Scottish postcodes
You can confirm if we deliver to your postcode at checkout.
2. Delivery Days & Times
We deliver twice a week using The DPD Group’s next-day delivery service:
- Sunday Deliveries: Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 23:59
- Wednesday Deliveries: Orders must be placed by Saturday at 23:59
Deliveries typically arrive between 8am and 8pm on the scheduled day. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
3. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery (DPD next-day service): £7.00
- Free delivery on orders over £100
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
All meals are prepared fresh to order. Orders placed before the stated cut-off times are processed and dispatched accordingly.
During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
5. Perishable Goods Policy
Because our meals are perishable, please note the following:
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If no one is home, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the courier’s discretion.
- Couriers cannot return perishable items to sender.
- Bosuprep cannot accept responsibility for spoilage due to:
- Missed deliveries
- Incorrect address details
- Customer unavailability
Please make every effort to ensure someone is available to accept your order on the delivery day.
6. Packaging & Temperature Control
All meals are packaged in insulated, recyclable boxes with ice packs to keep contents chilled for several hours after delivery. Please refrigerate your meals immediately upon receipt.
7. Delivery Issues or Damages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the packaging and contents
We’ll review and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or credit, where applicable.
8. Delivery Delays
We work closely with The DPD Group to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate updates where possible and do our best to minimise disruption.
